Selective Reduction Method (SCR) Denitrification Device for 2X330MW
Heating Unit in Xing'an Thermal Power Plant, Inner Mongolia

Project Overview:
The flue gas denitrification technology used in this project adopts the most widely
used, mature, and effective selective reduction (SC) denitrification process. Under the
action of a honeycomb catalyst, liquid nitrogen (NH3) is used as a reducing agent to
selectively react with nitrogen oxides (NOX) in flue gas at a temperature between 310C
and 430C, generating non-toxic and pollution-free gas and water.

Unit capacity: 2x330MW
Flue gas treatment capacity: 1207308Nm ³/h
Number of denitrification devices per furnace: 2 sets
Denitrification process: selective catalytic reduction method
Inlet NO2 concentration: 400mg/Nm ³
Export NOx concentration:<80mg/Nm ³
Denitrification efficiency:=80%
Ammonia escape rate:<3ppm
Conversion rate of SO2/SO3:<1%
Denitrification device availability:>98%
